I offer an array services designed to meet your specific needs. Options to meet in person or via zoom based on service.

Herbal Consultations:

Perhaps you have an acute health issue and are looking for a custom herbal formula, or maybe you’ve been dealing with a chronic issue you’re ready for an alternative path. Using a clinical lens, traditional herbal diagnostic skills and assessment of your constitution, we will do a full health intake. You will leave with a formal write up, a plan with supplement and lifestyle reminders and recommendations, and a custom herbal formula (tea or tincture).

Women’s Health/Pelvic Steaming:

For women dealing with hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, fertility concerns, or sexual trauma. Similar to the herbal consultation but focused specifically on women’s hormone health. We will do a comprehensive intake with a TCM lens and you will receive a yoni steam/tea blend and instructions on how to steam. Steams available in person March 2026.

Plant Spirit Medicine:

Intended for those who are interested in healing at a spirit level and may be incorporated to another service or offered as a standalone. This is a guided meditation with one plant ally to deepen connection to self, spirit, and the earth. We may connect with guides, ancestors, or other helping spirits in the meditation. Especially helpful for those looking to heal on a spirit level.
