Pelvic steaming has been practiced for thousands of years by various cultures. Steam offers a gentle, non-invasive way to stimulate acupuncture points that cannot be otherwise reached. Energetically, a steam session can help to release emotions/trauma held in the pelvic floor and can reconnect you back into your body in a safe and intentional way.
