Women’s Health & Pelvic Steaming Sessions

From the assessment, I will recommend a nourishing protocol and a blend of herbs for pelvic steaming based on your energetic tissue states, lifestyle, and food choices.

Pelvic steaming stimulates acupuncture points that cannot be otherwise reached in a gentle, non-invasive way. The steam contains herbal constituents which are quickly and easily absorbed into the mucosal lining. Energetically, a steam session can help to release trapped emotions and trauma held in the pelvic floor and can reconnect you back into your body in a safe and intentional way.
